DAMM27 LAUNCHES NEW SEASON MENU
Updated: Oct 30, 2019
As the cold weather descends, the menu at Damm27 on Edinburgh’s Southside is hotting up. This week sees the launch of their Winter menu, including dishes like short rib of beef bourguignon with pancetta and wild mushrooms, and a hearty vegan puy lentil and pistachio moussaka.
Four new dishes are presented in sections of the menu dedicated to fish, meat, vegetarian and vegan offerings, as well as a choice of five burgers and four mussel pots.

The cocktail list has been shaken up by resident mixologist Nik Markou, taking sippers on a voyage around Europe with unusual and imaginative recipe creations like Casa d'Oro and Flower Carpet made using exclusive European spirits. The journey begins in Edinburgh with The Castle, a combination of Auchentoshan Triple Wood, chocolate bitter and homemade red fruit syrup smoked with apple chips.

Damm27 opened on Edinburgh’s Southside in April this year after an extensive refurbishment. The result is a stylish, contemporary bar and bistrot that offers all-day dining including a French-inspired afternoon tea ‘Le Goûter’, Lobster Tuesdays, and weekend DJs and bottomless brunches.
