C9 Forever Cleanse: Days Four and Five
You might be wondering why I am doing days 4 and 5 of the C9 Forever Cleanse together. Well, there are two reasons:
I had a conference all day yesterday and fell asleep at 8pm.I can't stop thinking about Mexican food. It impairs my ability to speak, think and right. (SEE?! I just wrote RIGHT!!!!!!)
But, day four and I am down half a stone. I feel fabby although never want to see a milkshake again. For the past few days, I have been allowed my two shakes and a 600 kcal dinner which I have been managing just fine. I still have plenty energy but my cravings are out of control. I am able to manage them by staring or sniffing food, as I did to my boss' lunch yesterday - awkward.
I started reading up on what I was actually putting in my body and discovered the soluble fibre is actually one of the most important parts. Not only does it help regulate hormones involved in appetite control, studies have shown it helps in reducing dreaded belly fat.
The most important change this week has been mentally - in my self worth. I am excited about going on nights out, about wearing nice outfits, about hitting the town with Phil. I look forward to summer evenings sipping low-cal drinks and going for long walks. It has given me a buzz that is 100% addictive.
Tonight will be a bit of a test. I am playing taxi for Phil and Mum and spending an evening on the water and away from the buffet but I'm not worried. I find it pretty easy not to get tempted when I know it isn't worth it.
Today's thought: I want time to hurry up. I want to be able to see results but I also know I am in this for the long game. The trick to seeing weight loss is by taking those all important photos. When I look back at times I thought I was fat I laugh. I know have a weight goal in mind. Hooray!
On days four and five of the C9 Forever Cleanse, I get:
6 x Forever Garcinia Gel tablets
2 x Forever Therm tablets
1 x shots of Aloe Vera Gel
1 x Packet of Forever Fibre
2 x Forever Lite Ultra vanilla shake
1 x 600 calorie dinner
Stay tuned for the end
